| Former ALG Vacations SVP Joins Senior Management of

| Newport, RI (May 31, 2023) - Scott Wiseman, 30-year veteran and leader across the travel, tour, and hospitality sectors, has joined Nocturne Luxury Villas (NLV) as chief executive officer. Based in Newport, RI, NLV owns and operates best-in-class luxury villa rental companies in exclusive vacation destinations in the US, Caribbean, and Mexico. |

| Wiseman joins a seasoned group of luxury travel and hospitality executives. President and Co-founder Marshall Calder held several senior positions in the luxury hospitality and villa sectors, including a long tenure with The Leading Hotels of the World, where he headed worldwide marketing and founded The Leading Small Hotels. Thereafter he moved on to vacation rentals with Beautiful Places, where he oversaw Caribbean operations. Scott Simmons, executive chairman and co-founder, brings expertise in leadership positions at Andrew Harper Travel, where he was chief operating officer and principal, Abercrombie & Kent, and the Harborview Nantucket, as well as a senior M&A advisor for the investment bank Cazenove & Co. |

| Most recently Wiseman served as senior vice president and general manager of Apple Leisure Group Vacations overseeing six leading travel brands, including Travel Impressions where he was president for three-and-a-half years. In this role he was responsible for brand strategy, profitability, and marketing as well as training and education for the six ALGV brands. Wiseman’s prior positions included president of luxury tour operators Cox & Kings, Abercrombie & Kent, and Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club, after several years as vice president of marketing for Accor. |
