Company Highlights Travel Agent Relationships and Growing Customizable Group Market
Award-winning small ship cruise company and “Best Croatian DMC” Katarina Line will be attending a record number of industry trade shows in Europe, the U.S. and Canada for 2019 as it ramps up its outreach to travel agents, which comprise more than 98 percent of its business.  The company will be highlighting its expanding array of customizable group tours and themes that include gastronomy, health and wellness, one-way and round-trip cruises and inland tours, and land-and-cruise combinations that offer guests “the best of both worlds.”
“Today’s travel agents are an extraordinarily diverse and motivated group that is always looking for unique and more satisfying experiences for their clients,” said Daniel Hauptfeld, managing director of Katarina Line.  “Agents want industry partners that will not only reward them for their loyalty, but also be attentive to their needs and provide consistently reliable service.”
Katarina Line can schedule meetings at the booth as well as before and after the trade shows.  Representatives can also visit agents' office for a private presentation and to train its staff.  Appointments can be made in advance by contacting Katarina Line at  info@katarina-line.hr or visiting www.katarina-line.com.
