- No penalties if you change travel dates up to 30 days prior to departure. Applies to selected hotels.
- Travel voucher to be used within 12 months of the original date of travel
- Some restrictions apply during Peak Season. Not valid on Christmas, New Years and Easter.
- If the new price is higher, you will need to pay the difference
- Payment plans: deposit payment will be required to secure your next vacation. Monthly basis payments available. Remaining balance must be pay 35 days before departure. Some restrictions applies to certain hotels. Not valid for Peak season

- In special cases (such as for villa rentals) a larger deposit may be required.
