| Pawtucket, RI (July 13, 2023) – Collette’s ‘Taste of the Balkans’ tour has it all. Travelers get a taste of a region with complex history and medieval city walls, while also getting to take in breathtaking coastlines and mountains. |
| Some highlights of the 16-day experience include, the way travelers spend their time in Dubrovnik, choosing between exploring the Dubrovnik city walls or taking a cable car ride. Later in the tour they’ll also be able to travel by boat to the islet of Our Lady of the Rocks in Montenegro. Discover Sarajevo, home to a multitude of religious sects all living in harmony. The home-hosted dinner in a Bosnian home, sampling klepe and burek is always a hit as well. On top of that, they’ll explore the natural wonder of Plitvice Lakes National Park (UNESCO) with a guide. As they make their way through the Balkans, they’ll get a glimpse into generations of traditions and connect with welcoming locals.
