Collette invites Travelers to celebrate Carnival on the ‘Spotlight on the French Riviera’ tour
The special edition of the tour inserts travelers right into the famous Nice Carnival celebration.
Pawtucket, RI (February 22, 2023) – As 2023’s Carnival celebration comes to a close, Collette invites travelers to get in on the fun next year with its “Spotlight on the French Riviera” tour, featuring Nice’s Carnival. Collette offers the special edition of the popular Spotlights tour, in order to give travelers the chance to experience the cultural phenomenon. Each year, Carnival is celebrated ahead of the Christian season of lent. Because of the expansion of Christianity to places around the globe, the celebration is embedded in many local traditions, including Nice’s.
Collette’s nine-day tour of the region, of course allows travelers to enjoy the celebration, but offers much more as well. Throughout the experience, there are plenty of great things for travelers to dive into. Highlights include: A hands-on workshop and tour of the Fragonard Perfumerie, where different fragrances have been prepared since 1782, a visit to Saint-Honorat, a fortified monastery that’s been active since the Dark Ages, and an opportunity to embark on a tasting tour, sampling different treats while exploring Nice. Travelers can book their spot on the special “Spotlight on the French Riviera” tour featuring Nice’s Carnival, with a departure date of February 15, 2024, for prices starting at $2,399 USD pp.
“Collette is happy to be able to offer travelers the chance to experience Nice’s Carnival first-hand. Our special edition of the “Spotlight on the French Riviera” tour runs through the week of the celebration, allowing our travelers to join in on the fun,” said Jaclyn Leibl-Cote, President and Chief Brand Officer at Collette. “Spotlight tours like this one are great for travelers who want to explore a city or region to the fullest.”
