With the holidays approaching, it’s the perfect time to sell tickets with our “Give the Gift of Africa” Sale. South African Airways has launched new special published fares from New York (JFK) and Washington, D.C. (Dulles) to a myriad of destinations in Africa. With our convenient flight schedules via our Johannesburg hub, SAA offers some of the fastest connections to these exciting and adventurous destinations.

The following are the highlights of this special published fare. Please consult your GDS for additional fare terms and conditions:
• Booking / Ticketing Period: December 10 - 22, 2010. Tickets must be issued within 24 hours after booking
• Travel Period:   January 10 – February 19, 2011
• Booking Class:  

"G" or "W" for transatlantic sectors; "H" for regional Southern Africa / Indian Ocean Islands sectors; "B" for domestic South Africa sectors
• Routings:   Valid round-trip on SAA only (SA flight series #001-999 and #7700 - 7703)
• Minimum Stay:   None
• Maximum Stay:   30 days
• Child Discount:   Children ages 2-11 pay 75% of the adult fare
• Infant Discount:   Infants under 2 years old not occupying a seat pays 10% of the applicable normal published fare
• Other Discounts:   Not Permitted
• Change Fee:   After ticketing, a $250.00 service charge will apply to flight/date changes, subject to availability of the applicable booking class. If the booking class is not available, upgrade to the next applicable booking class and fare
• Cancellation Fee:   Non-refundable, once ticketed

*Fares are per person and include fuel surcharges and are valid for travel in economy class on South African Airways from New York (JFK) or Washington, D.C. (Dulles). Offer valid on the purchase of round-trip tickets only. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights. Departure taxes and Sept. 11th security fee of up to $204 per person are additional and payable at time of ticketing. Tickets must be paid for and issued at time of reservation. A $250.00 USD service charge will apply to flight/date changes in same booking class or upsell to the applicable through fare. Offer valid for reservations booked 12/10/10–12/22/10 for travel 1/10/11–2/19/11. Tickets are non-refundable. Prices are for new bookings only, subject to availability, may change without notice, and are not retroactive.
