I won’t lie, it’s a little hard to go ahead with business as usual when faced with such extreme events. The masked marauders of ICE descended on my hometown of Hoboken yesterday, and naturally upset the whole community as they dragged some defenseless people away. When it was first reported, no one knew who they took altogether. I suppose people eventually figured it out. ICE didn’t coordinate with local authorities or police, and didn’t even notify them that they were coming. They come as hostile invaders.
