by Travel Industry Solutions Wednesday September 17, 2025
In recent month s, travel industry leadership has stepped up messaging around cyber threats. Hosts, suppliers, and consortia are issuing regular warnings about phishing, data breaches, and account security. Many are also encouraging advisors to review cyber insurance policies, which can cover certain cybercrimes.
But according to Sheila Folk, CEO of Travel Industry Solutions (TIS), these warnings, while valuable, don’t address the financial fraud that is quietly draining travel advisors’ businesses every day.

by David Cogswell Thursday September 18, 2025
