A power outage again plunged Puerto Rico into darkness yesterday and shut down air conditioning across the island.

More than half of Puerto Rico remained dark on Thursday but, with the Easter holidays on the horizon, power company Luma Energy promised to restore power to 90% of its 1.4 million customers within the next 48 hours.
