Group travel is making a comeback—finally! But the landscape has changed. While travelers are excited to explore the world with friends and family again, safety, flexibility, and health protocols are more important than ever. As a travel agent, your job is to reassure clients that group travel can be both fun and safe in a post-pandemic world.
The first thing to emphasize is safety. Clients must know that their health is your top priority. Highlight the safety measures at accommodations, transportation providers, and destinations. Whether it’s private transfers, increased cleaning protocols, or access to medical care, ensure your clients know the steps you and your partners are taking to keep them safe. If you do not know, ask. And be proactive with your clients!
