Disney Cruise Line is dropping its requirement for children over the age of 5 to be fully vaccinated before sailing. The cruise line’s website reads:

Beginning September 2, 2022, for sailings departing US and Canadian ports, Disney Cruise Line will require Guests ages 12 and older to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the time of sailing, as defined by the CDC. In consideration of CDC guidance, Disney Cruise Line highly recommends that Guests ages 11 and younger be fully vaccinated before…

Heathrow extends passenger cap into late October

In a move aimed at reducing the ongoing disruptions caused by the surge in post-pandemic travel and staff shortages, London's Heathrow Airport has extended the cap on the number of daily passengers through late October to 100,000 passengers per day. Originally, the limit on the number of daily passengers was to be lifted on September 11th. The cap was originally imposed in July but it appears the ""summer of air travel chaos" is being extended into Fall.

Airlines have already cut thousands of flights from their schedules, and the new airport-imposed cap is likely to cause even more cancelations as the airlines have been ordered to stop selling tickets to hold the quota.  Heathrow is London's busiest…
