Strategy #1: Say “thank-you” to your good clients. Presumably, you have a few good clients who are currently “buying your act.” They appreciate what you have done for them, and at times they can be heard singing your praise to their friends.
I want you to contact five of these people to “thank them.” How easy is that? I want you to say “thank-you” to five of your “buds” for supporting your eating habits.

Royal Caribbean Updates Group Policy

Onboard the Har mony of the Seas pre-inaugural sailing, Vicki Freed alluded that changes in Royal Caribbean’s group policy were forthcoming. At the time she didn’t have a timeline. In the past week, Royal Caribbean announced changes that will take effect on January 1, 2018. Although it’s not customary for cruise lines to give us a 10 month head’s up on policy changes, this is a major change and Royal Caribbean is making sure their travel partners are given plenty of time to adjust to the new policy.
